Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pd888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the pd888 platform located at pd888.io and any associated services, applications, features, or content (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pd888 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Service and must not create or maintain an account with pd888.

pd888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the pd888 platform. Continued use of the Service following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pd888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. pd888 does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age applicable in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by pd888 for breach of these Terms.

pd888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by pd888 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the pd888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Where pd888 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, pd888 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and casino game results placed from those accounts, and confiscate any funds held therein, including original deposits where fraudulent conduct is identified.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Service. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. You must promptly notify pd888 of any changes to your registration details via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. pd888 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party who has obtained access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

You must notify pd888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pd888 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pd888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership:

• National Identification Card (NID) or valid passport
• Bangladesh driving licence (where applicable)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) showing your registered address
• Screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account ownership

pd888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require enhanced verification documentation at pd888's sole discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pd888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pd888 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or payments from third-party accounts.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pd888 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the respective mobile wallet provider. pd888 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure or network conditions outside pd888's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside of standard processing hours may take up to 24 hours. pd888 charges no platform fee on standard withdrawals. Third-party mobile wallet provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

4.5 Own Account Policy

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing by pd888's compliance team. pd888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

pd888 offers various bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback programmes, and seasonal rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the pd888 platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before confirming the wager. pd888 will not cancel or modify a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error except where expressly permitted under specific market rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, event type, and account status. Current stake limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. pd888 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at any time.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play requirement is met; the market is suspended and the bet cannot be settled in accordance with the applicable rules; an obvious pricing error occurred and the bet was placed at a manifestly incorrect price; or the event result is inconclusive or subject to an official inquiry that changes the outcome.

6.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are updated in real time and may be suspended or closed without notice. pd888 uses automated trading systems to manage live market prices and suspension triggers. Bets accepted before a market suspension will stand unless they fall within the void bet criteria set out in Section 6.3 above.

6.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, the minimum number of overs required for a match result to stand is specified in the individual market rules displayed on the relevant event page. In the event of rain interruption, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will apply where implemented by the official match governing body.

Casino Games

• Match fixing or insider information: placing bets using information that is not in the public domain, or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of any event offered for betting on pd888.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a mobile wallet provider in bad faith while retaining funds or winnings from pd888.
• Harassment: threatening, abusing, or harassing pd888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Governing Language
